We’re finally down to “crunch time” in the cruise planning.
This past week has been filled with last-minute shopping… Kohl’s, Macy’s, Stein-Mart, Syms, Gap… I even went to Wal-mart! My last clothing shipment arrived today… so I think I am finally ready to begin packing.
I still need to read my cruise info packet… just to be sure I haven’t forgotten anything. Last year I didn’t read the packet, because I had the luxury of my mother-in-law reminding me to do everything. This year, I have to do it all alone!
I have a mental list of everything I need to pack… if I could just get it on paper, I’d feel a little better.
Our plans are to leave on Sunday, headed for Daytona. We’re staying in our favorite hotel there… but have yet to decide dinner plans – we do have in narrowed down to two places, so that’s a plus!
Monday, we check out and head for the port. From there, it will be “smooth-sailing.” I’m ready to go now!
