I am so excited about the Elliptical Trainer I bought. Oh I totally Agree with your customer Service comment!! I was calling to NY for a transcript this morning and when the person answered the phone here is how the call went RUDE LADY "How may I direct your call?" My Reply "Transcripts Please" RUDE LADY "What do you need" My Reply "I need to order an official transcript for a person who is applying to our school" RUDE LADY "You need to be more specific" And then she transferred me! Geez this happened at 8:30am I would hate to talk with her later in the day!! Healthy living here we come!! I am so excited about the Elliptical Trainer I bought.
