All Locked Up
Well, our moving weekend has come to a close. Many thanks to Justin and Lisa, Ben, Matt, Nicole and Nelson, Reed and Hannah, Jada and Chad for devoting some of the weekend to helping us move out. From the packing to the loading, there is no way we could have done it without these guys!
And thanks Mr. “B” for supplying pizza and beer for the movers… paying for the rental of the U-Haul, then driving that 26 foot beast all the way to Atlanta!
The truck is now unloaded - our whole life, our whole house is now locked away in a storage unit… waiting for its new home. The strangest part of the whole weekend was seeing our place completely empty — and then today, locking the front door for the very last time.
Though we’re very glad to be in Atlanta, it’s kind of sad too. But as Steven said tonight, “One door has closed, so that another one can open.”
